We are committed to sustainability and that means we do it right, all of the time. We don’t filter our beer so as to allow it to retain its vitamins, minerals, nutrients and natural flavours. This attention to detail means we strive for perfection with every drink and food item we serve, the only way worth doing it, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
This beer originally debuted in Pilsen, Czechoslovakia and quickly gained popularity in other brewing countries. Light to medium bodied, with noticeable hop aroma and flavour thanks to generous additions of Saaz hops

BERRIED ALIVE - RASPBERRY ALE
Start with a lightly hopped blonde ale, add fresh raspberry crumbles…ferment again, do the secret dance and now you have the perfect balance between tart and tasty. We only use the best un-pressed, West Coast raspberries to get the most flavour without the extra tannins and bitterness of the seeds. This, friends, is not so much a raspberry beer as a beer with raspberries.

EXTRA - BLONDE ALE
This is our first beer featuring locally grown and malted barley! This beer is loaded with Noble hops, which are most famous for their use in European lagers due to their low bitterness yet abundance of floral hop flavour. A low temperature fermentation creates a balanced, easy to drink “session ale.”

STOUTNIK - RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT
This award winning Russian Imperial Stout will send your taste buds into orbit with its rich and complex flavour. Crafted using a combination of high alpha, British whole hops, roasted, chocolate and black barley malts this beer has a rich flavour and a fine balance. The painted black bottle and mysterious Morse Code label makes this beer a brewery favourite.

THE BIG ONE - IPA
Start with a classic British style, brew it in the Pacific Northwest, feature Vancouver Island grown hops and now you have evolution done Island-style. Your taste buds will shudder with the aftershock of intense flavour when you experience this combination of 100% unprocessed whole hop flowers with a medium but balanced malt body.

STEAM PUNK - DUNKEL
This Dunkleweizen is sure to refresh, with its rich, dark colour, yet clean, smooth palate. A proprietary blend of our house ale yeast and Bavarian wheat yeast creates a fruity and complex taste that has been a long time Island favourite.

EXTRA SPECIAL BITTER - ESB
Bitter, which accounts for 40% of draught sales in England, usually comes in three strengths. Ordinary, Best Bitter and Extra Special Bitter. Our E.S.B. is a deep copper coloured, malty ale, moderately hopped with a classic blend of three British hops.

Ireland’s second most famous beer style has become increasingly popular in North America.A rich malty flavour and a thick creamy head characterize this old world Ale.
